➕ Tahini: A rich source of tryptophan and magnesium to help reduce depression and anxiety
➕ Cinnamon: Delivers 6your body a calming effect, and helps to boost your mood

Ingredients

1 banana
1 cup Activated Almond Milk (I love this one)
2 heaped tbsp Evolution Botanicals Evo Protein + Mushroom - Creamy Vanilla
1 tbsp Chief Nutrition Unflavoured Collagen Protein
1 tsp hulled tahini
1 tsp Evolution Botanicals Organic Ashwaghanda
1/2 tsp organic cinnamon
1 handful of ice
1 tsp bee pollen (optional)

Method

1. Place all the ingredients (excluding bee pollen) in your blender, adding the milk first is best.
2. Blend for 10 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle bee pollen on top.
3. Enjoy with a reusable straw in the sunshine. 🌞
