Creamy Raspberry Collagen Porridge
Say hello to your new 5-minute breakfast to support your skin, stress & energy. Recently I have been focusing on foods to help keep me grounded and deeply nourished due to the cooler weather, and moving across the country. This has been my breakfast on repeat the last fortnight thanks to Evolution Botanicals, and I’m obsessed. Not only is it quick, easy, and delishhh, but it will keep you calm, and full until lunchtime. Make sure to hit save!

Cook Time: 5 mins
Ingredients
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup @mandoleorchard unsweetened almond milk
2 heaped tbsp Evolution Botanicals Evo Protein + Mushroom - Creamy Vanilla
1 tbsp hulled tahini
2 heaped tbsp Chief Unflavoured Collagen Powder (use ALWN10 at the checkout)
1 tsp Evolution Botanicals Ashwagandha (optional)
1 tsp organic ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1/2 cup organic frozen raspberries
Create
1. Add oats, almond milk, and cinnamon to a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook for approx 5 mins stirring often. The oats should be soft and creamy.
2. Stir through the protein powder, ashwagandha, and collagen.
3. Pour into your favourite breakfast bowl and top with tahini, cacao nibs, and raspberries.
