This Creamy Raspberry Collagen Porridge has been my go-to for the past two weeks, thanks to Evolution Botanicals, and I’m absolutely obsessed.

Creamy Raspberry Collagen Porridge

Cook Time: 5 mins
Ingredients
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup @mandoleorchard unsweetened almond milk
2 heaped tbsp Evolution Botanicals Evo Protein + Mushroom - Creamy Vanilla
1 tbsp hulled tahini
2 heaped tbsp Chief Unflavoured Collagen Powder (use ALWN10 at the checkout)
1 tsp Evolution Botanicals Ashwagandha (optional)
1 tsp organic ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1/2 cup organic frozen raspberries
Create
1. Add oats, almond milk, and cinnamon to a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook for approx, 5 mins stirring often. The oats should be soft and creamy.
2. Stir through the protein powder, ashwagandha, and collagen.
3. Pour into your favourite breakfast bowl and top with tahini, cacao nibs, and raspberries.
