Slow-cooked Balsamic Beef w/ Bone Broth
Due to unpopular opinion, I am a lazy cook… Yes, I absolutely loveee cooking, but to be completely honest I don’t like to spend hours in the kitchen, especially when it comes to weeknight meals. My Slow-Cooked Balsamic Beef w/ @gevityrx Bone Broth is the easiest dinner you will ever make, plus it’s a great source of iron, for healthy hormones, a healthy gut, energy, and glowing skin. 700g tomato passata
I handful of enoki mushrooms, washed
1 cup filtered water

1 heaped tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
A good pinch of sea salt flakes and cracked black pepper

1. Place beef into your slow cooker, followed by the remaining ingredients. Stir together with a wooden spoon and place the lid on top.
2. Set the timer for your slow cooker. (4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low)
I love to serve this dish with sauteed silverbeet in my homemade ghee, and roasted pumpkin. It also is great with creamy ghee mashed potatoes, or bone broth-infused rice.
Enjoy!
