Iced Coconut + Collagen Chai Latte

 

Swap your afternoon coffee for this delicious sip​. don't know about you, but I've been a little too reliant on coffee of late, so I'm exploring new ways to nourish my nervous system like this. As A BHSc Nutritionist I love nothing more than teaching YOU how to use food as medicine. This delicious and nourishing Chai Latte Powder from  truly feels like a big warm hug. It's warming spices not only have grounding qualities to help reduce your stress, but it's also great for your gut to support digestion thanks to the ginger kick.

Ingredients

1 cup Nutty Bruce Almond & Coconut Milk [or milk of choice]

2 tsp Mayde Tea Chai Latte Powder

1 heaped tbsp collagen [I used Chief Unflavoured cCollagen - use ALWN10 at the checkout]

1 large ice cube

Method

  1. Carefully pour milk to a tall glass.

  2. Add chai later powder, and collagen using a spoon to combine.

  3. Add ice and enjoy!
