Ingredients

2 cups pure cherry juice - we love Eden Orchards  

1 cup almond milk, we love Mandole Orchard 

6 tbsp Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Protein Powder 

4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder  

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan, and place over a medium heat stirring to combine.

  2. Once the gelatin has dissolved, take the pan off the heat.

  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Carefully pour the mixture in and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.

  4. Turn out and cut into 9 cubes.

  5. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
