Choc Dipped Kiwi Bites
When you want something a little sweet after dinner, this recipe is for you. Kiwi fruit contains actinidin, a protease (a.k.a digestive enzyme) that breaks down proteins and facilitates gastric digestion. I love nothing more than finding fun ways to use food as medicine and feed your soul at the same time. Make sure to hit save!

Ingredients
2 Zespri gold kiwi fruit, sliced
1 heaped tbsp Ceremony Cacao - Classic Cacao
1 heaped tbsp Mayvers Hulled Tahini
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp organic maple syrup
1 tsp bee pollen (optional)
Create
1. Combine Ceremony Cacao, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a small mixing bowl, stirring to combine.
2. Carefully dip the kiwi fruit into the chocolate so half of each slice is covered, place each slice on a plate to set. Repeat until all of the kiwi fruit is covered in chocolate.
3. Place the plate in the fridge to set for at least 30 mins.
4. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
