Introducing my nourishing version of the viral Lemon Posset. This recipe is super simple, fresh, and light, making it fit for a Saturday night dinner party with friends. See the recipe reel here.
Serves 4
Ingredients
4 large lemons [zest of 2 lemons]
1 cup Greek yoghurt, or coconut yoghurt if DF
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tsp organic ground turmeric
pinch of cracked black pepper
4 tbsp marine collagen
Create
1. Cut 2 of the lemons in half. Using a spoon, scoop the flesh out of the lemon. Place the flesh in a straighter and squeeze out the juice. Set aside.
2. Combine yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, turmeric, raw honey, black pepper, and marine collagen in a mixing bowl, stirring to combine evenly.
3. Once combined, carefully fill each lemon halve with the mixture.
4. Garnish with a little extra lemon zest and enjoy immediately, or chill in the fridge for later.
