Lemon & Blueberry Chia Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
4 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup filtered water
Pinch ground cinnamon
Create
Combine all ingredients together in a glass jar and use a spoon to combine.
Screw on the lid and leave in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and become a glorious pudding.

1 x serve basic chia pudding recipe
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp Nutra Organics Smooth Vanilla Protein Powder
Zest 1/2 lemon
½ cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp pepitas
2 tbsp coconut flakes
Create
Place two bowls on your kitchen bench and divide the chia pudding mixture evenly into each bowl
Top each bowl with 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt, ½ tbsp ground flaxseed, ½ tbsp protein powder, zest 1/4 lemon, ¼ cup frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp pepitas, 1 tbsp coconut flakes.
