Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, flesh removed
1 tbsp Gevity Rx AM Cleanse Bone Broth Body Glue
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp ground sumac
Pinch of sea salt flakes
Pinch of black pepper
Garnish
1 tbsp Hemp Harvests Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp toasted sunflower seeds
1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
Light drizzle Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 lemon, sliced thinly
Create
1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend for 10secs or until combined. I like mine a little chunky, but feel free to blend it until you reach your desired consistency.
2. Garnish with seeds, olive oil, and lemon
3. Serve alongside grilled fish or chicken for dinner OR with raw veggie sticks for a delish nourishing snack.
